All products purchased at our retail store cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
如閣下於網上下單，並在收到商品後發現瑕疵、尺寸不合，請於簽收貨品起十天內聯絡我們。逾期恕不受理。
If you find there is a size problem with your purchase, or you believe that your product is defective. Please contact our customer service within 10 days.
商品必須為全新未下水、無人為破壞，並且保留原有包裝和商品吊牌才可換貨。
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging and product tag.
我們只接受因尺寸不合的換貨要求，一般情況下，我們只能為閣下替換同款的其他尺寸或顏色。
We only accept exchange request due to size problem. In general condition, we are only able to exchange a different size/colour of the same product for you.
貨品只限更換一次。所有貨品均不接受退款。
All merchandise can be exchanged for once only. All products cannot be refunded.
郵寄費用不接受退款。
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
如何進行換貨 HOW TO EXCHANGE
換貨前請先透過WhatsApp或電郵向客服咨詢，並提供您的訂單編號/換貨原因/換貨品名稱和尺碼等信息，客服人員將會與您聯絡，請耐心等待。
If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service first. Please provide us the related information,
e.g. your order number/reason of exchange/item name/size want to exchange for. We will respond to you as soon as possible, please be patient.

Please follow the instruction of our customer service to continues the process of exchange.
以下情況我們不能接受替換：
1. 我們不接受超過10天換貨期限的換貨要求。
2. 我們不接受您未與我們聯繫就直接發回的退回物品。
3. 基於安全和衛生考量，貼身用品如內衣褲，打底類等商品恕不接受換貨。
4. 商品已有使用痕跡、味道或人為造成髒污、沾染粉妝等，恕不接受換貨。
5. 商品已剪標、已下水洗滌、修改尺寸、其他加工，商品或配件丟失或損毀。
6. 降價銷售/優惠活動中註明不設退換的折扣貨品。
We do not accept exchange with the following conditions:
1. Items that are received over the 10 days exchange period
2. Items that are returned without contact us ahead.
3. Items like safety shorts and tube top, etc. due to sanitary concerns.
4. Items with any wear mark, smell, or man-made stain.
5. Items that are not in their original packaging, and/or without their original tag.
6. Items that are marked as Sales items, or those which specifically marked as non-exchangeable in promotions/campaigns.
