     Shopping Procedure     
You can choose to place an order online or directly visit our store to try on before you buy it. Here is the online shopping process:
1. Log in to the website
Click on the member at the top right of the homepage to log in or create a new account. You can also choose to sign in with Facebook / Google / Amazon, which is quick and easy. We will use your registered email address or phone number as the primary contact method. Please pay attention to your email account settings to avoid mistakes in listing your messages as spam and missing any important information.
2. Add items to your shopping cart
Please confirm the size and quantity of the selected item, then select the checkout.
3. Go to the checkout page and enter your profile and address
If you want to send it to SF Express Store or EF Locker, you can enter the according code on the address page.
4. Choose the shipping method
Free shipping is available for all orders of regular-priced items (per order). Shipping fee will be charged with SF(Pay by Receiver) for orders that do not meet the free shipping offer.

5. Select the payment method
If you need to enter the coupon code, please make sure that the checkout page shows that the coupon code has been successfully applied and the amount of the discount is deducted to complete the application of the promo code. 
6. Complete payment
Upon successful, you will receive a system SMS/email confirmation.
7. Dispatch and shipping
We will arrange the delivery when we receive your order. After shipment, the user will be notified that the latest shipping status can be viewed by the waybill number.

2. How long does it take to receive the order after the order is placed

Normally, items in stock can be shipped within 1 to 3 days. Item that need to be pre-order* takes 7 to 14 days to arrive at our warehouse, and it will be shipped within 1 to 3 days after arrival. For local order, you can receive your order within 3 days once SF has picked up your parcel. International order will take 2 to 5 days for the courier company to pick up the parcel and deliver. (*You can check from the product page to see if the item need to pre-order)

3. Can I change the shipping information after I had placed my order?

It depends. We will process your order once it is placed, which mean we are unable to make any changes. If you have some urgent updates, please contact customer service via WhatsApp within 1 hour after placing your order.

4. Can I combine my two orders and send together?
If you purchase 2 or more orders at the same time and provide the same phone number and address, we will combine your orders and send together to ensure that you can receive all orders at the same time. Please provide your order number through WhatsApp if you want to combine orders, we will contact you as soon as possible, please be patient.
5. Can the same order be shipped separately or pick up separately?
Each order will be delivered in a single package. If you request to split your order and sent them separately, we will not responsible for any additional shipping fee, if there is any. For pick up at the store, please contact us if you want to separately pick up your order. 
6. Why does SF still charge me when I receive the package?
Free shipping is available for all order of regular-priced items (per order). Shipping fee will be charged with SF(Pay by Receiver) for orders that do not meet the free shipping offer. Shipping fees will be collected by SF when you pick up your parcel.
7. Do you accept overseas orders?

8. How can I track my order?
For the local order, SF will send an SMS with the tracking number to the phone number you provided in your order, you can check the latest shipping status at SF. For overseas orders, it depends on the carrier you chose. They will send you an SMS or an email with a waybill number attached. You can check the latest shipping status according to the instructions.
     Pickup at Store Service     
1. Pick-up at Store Procedures
You can choose “Pick-up at Store” of “Shipping Methods" in check out process when you are placing your order. Once all the items in your order arrives and ready to pick, we will notify you via the WhatsApp message. You can provide your phone number or order number to us when you come to our store to pick up
2. Can I exchange the items after I collected my order at the store?
We offer 7 Days Exchange guarantee for our online order. We only accept exchange request due to a size problem and are only able to exchange a different size/colour of the same product for you. For more information, please visit our Exchange Policy.
3. Can I pick up my order at the store? Can I pay for my order at that time? 
We offer Pick-up at Store service, you can pick up your order at our retail store, no shipping fee will be charged. However, cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted for all online orders.

1. Can I return and ask for a refund?
All items and orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Can I exchange the item?
We offer 10 Days Exchange guarantee for our online* order. We only accept exchange request due to a size problem and are only able to exchange a different size/colour of the same product for you. For more information, please visit our Exchange Policy. *All products purchased at our retail store cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
3. I think the item I brought is defective. What should I do?
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact our customer service within 10 days. Please provide us with the related information, e.g. your order number/reason for exchange/item name. We will respond to you as soon as possible, please be patient. For more information, please visit our Exchange Policy.
4. Freight fee for exchange
If you want to exchange your purchase for another size/colour, we will not responsible for any additional (if there is any) shipping cost.
5. Can I change or cancel my purchased items after I placed the order?
Once the order is placed and paid, it cannot be changed or cancelled, If you have more question, please contact our customer service
     Sizing     
1. What is the biggest size you have?
We offer sizes from M to 8XL, some items only divided into 3 or 4 sizes. Please pay attention to the size chart and description of the product page. For more information, please visit, Size Guide.
2. How can I choose the right size?
We understand that each person's body shape is different. It is recommended that you first measure your latest bust, waist and hip circumference, and then use the widest range of your body part as the key factor in choosing the size. The measurement showed in the size chart is the size of the clothes, please choose the appropriate size according to your preference.
3. I wear 2XL for the tops and 4XL for the bottom, what size should I pick for the one-piece dress?
We recommend you to pick the size base on the measurement of your widest body part. Then you can choose the size according to your own loose/fit preference. In the above situation, we will recommend 4XL for a good fit one-piece dress.   
4. I had a 2XL dress that is a good fit, should I also buy 2XL this time?
The tailoring and design of each item is different. We recommend you to use our model fitting and personal loose/fit preference as reference to pick the right size. You can also provide your latest bust, waist and hip circumference to our customer service, we are happy to give our professional recommendation. 
5. I just got my purchase, some of them are too big, can I exchange it?

     Clothing Care     
1. Can all clothes be washed in the washing machine?
All clothing can be machine washed, except for the item specifically marked on the product page. The best way to clean and care for your clothes is by hand washing. If you need to machine wash, opt for the gentle cycle and use laundry bags for more protection to avoid tangling with other clothes.
2. Will the dark colour clothes fade?
Since the dark colour dye is heavy, there will be residues remain on the surface of the clothes. We recommend to separately wash the dark and light colour clothes. Also, the denim clothing is recommended to be washed separately with laundry detergent for the first time.
3. Will the clothes shrink?
No. Use water temperature below 35 degrees for either hand wash or machine wash. The clothes will not shrink under normal washing circumstances. We do not recommend the use of a dryer as it may lead to serious shrinkage of the clothing.
4. How should I dry the clothes to avoid wrinkles?
Wrinkling of clothes is common. After washing the clothes, gently straighten the cloth and arrange the wrinkles. Leave it to naturally air dry and hang it up.

1. Can you hold this item for me for 1 week?
 Normally, all products are not available for hold due to tight inventory.
