 HOW TO EXCHANGE 
If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer service via

 Provide your order number, reason for exchange, item name, and desired size.
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please make sure to include the original packaging and product tag. We can only accept exchange requests due to a size problem. In general, we can only exchange for a different size or color of the same product. Please note that all merchandise can be exchanged only once, and we do not offer refunds. Shipping fees are also non-refundable.

 Please note that we cannot accept items that are returned after the 10-day exchange period,
 items returned without prior contact with our customer service team,
 or items like underwear, safety shorts and tube tops due to sanitary concerns.
 We also cannot accept items that are marked as sales items,
or those that are specifically marked as non-exchangeable in promotions or campaigns.
