Exchange Policy

Please note that the content of this page applies to online orders only.  
Thanks for shopping at Fashion Corner Plus. In order to provide a better online shopping experience, we offer 10 Days Exchange guarantee for our online order.
All products purchased at our retail store cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If you find there is a size problem with your purchase, or you believe that your product is defective. Please contact our customer service within 10 days.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging and product tag.
We only accept exchange request due to size problem. In general condition, we are only able to exchange a different size/colour of the same product for you.
All merchandise can be exchanged for once only. All products cannot be refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 HOW TO EXCHANGE 
If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service first. Please provide us the related information, e.g. your order number/reason of exchange/item name/size want to exchange for. We will respond to you as soon as possible, please be patient.
Please follow the instruction of our customer service to continues the process of exchange.
We do not accept exchange with the following conditions:

  • Items that are received over the 10 days exchange period
  • Items that are returned without contact us ahead.
  • Items like safety shorts and tube top, etc. due to sanitary concerns. 
  • Items with any wear mark, smell, or man-made stain. 
  • Items that are not in their original packaging, and/or without their original tag.
  • Items that are marked as Sales items, or those which specifically marked as non-exchangeable in promotions/campaigns.
