Shopping Procedure  

1. Log in to the website

Click on the member at the top right of the homepage to log in or create a new account. You can also choose to sign in with Facebook / Google / Amazon, which is quick and easy. 

We will use your registered email address or phone number as the primary contact method. 
Please pay attention to your email account settings to avoid mistakes in listing your messages as spam and missing any important information.

2. Add items to your shopping cart

Please confirm the size and quantity of the selected item, then choose the checkout.

3. Go to the checkout page and enter your profile and address

You can enter the appropriate code on the address page if you want to send it to the SF Express Store or EF Locker.

4. Choose the shipping method

Free shipping is available for all orders of regular-priced items (per order).
The shipping fee will be charged with SF(Pay by Receiver) for orders not meeting the complimentary shipping offer.

5. Select the payment method

If you need to enter the coupon code, please ensure that the checkout page shows that the coupon code has been successfully applied and that the discount amount has been deducted to complete the promo code application. 

6. Complete payment

Upon successful, you will receive a system SMS/email confirmation.

7. Dispatch and shipping

We will arrange the delivery when we receive your order. After shipment, we will notify you that the waybill number can view the latest shipping status.

Delivery and Shipment  

How long does it take to receive the order after the order is placed?

In-stock items can be shipped within 1 to 3 days.
 A pre-ordered item that takes 7 to 14 days to be delivered
(If your cart contains in-stock and pre-order products, your order will be shipped when all items arrive.) 


Hong Kong or Macau orders will receive the parcel in 1-3 days after we ship.
International orders will be received 14-18 days after we ship out your parcel.

Can I change the shipping information after I had placed my order?

We will process your order once placed, so we cannot make any changes. If you have urgent updates, please contact customer service via WhatsApp(+852 9017-0309) within 1 hour after placing your order.

Can I combine my two orders and send together?

Suppose you purchase two or more orders simultaneously and provide the same phone number and address. In that case, we will combine and send your orders to ensure you can receive them simultaneously. 

 Please provide your order number through WhatsApp(+852 9017-0309) to combine orders.

Can the same order be shipped separately or pick up separately?

To ensure efficient delivery, each order must be shipped in a single package with all parcels sent together. Thank you for your cooperation.

How can I track my order?

For the local order, SF will send an SMS with the tracking number to the phone number you provided in your order; you can check the latest shipping status at SF. 


For overseas orders, You can check the latest shipping status according to the instructions.

Pickup at Store Service  

Pick-up at Store Procedures

When placing your order, you can choose"Pick-up at Store" or "Shipping Methods" in the checkout process. 

Once all the items in your order arrive and are ready to pick up,
we will notify you via Email. 
You can provide us with your order number when you come to our store to pick it up.

Can I exchange the items after I collected my order at the store?

We offer a 10-day exchange guarantee for our online orders. 

Can I pick up my order at the store? Can I pay for my order at that time? 

Yes, you can definitely pick up your order at the store.

However, we kindly request that you complete your payment online before coming to the store to pick up your order. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process.

Return, Refund and Exchange

Can I return and ask for a refund?

All items and orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Freight fee for exchange

Extra shipping fees are your responsibility if you want to exchange your purchase for a different size or color.

Can I exchange the item?

*All products purchased at our retail store cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We offer 10-Days Exchange guarantee for our online* order. We only accept exchange requests due to a size problem and can only exchange a different size/colour of the same product for you. For more information, please visit our Exchange Policy.

I think the item I brought is defective. What should I do?

If you believe your product is defective, please contact with our customer service.

Can I change or cancel my purchased items after I placed the order?

Once the order is placed and paid, it cannot be changed or cancelled

Sizing 

What is the biggest size you have?

We offer sizes from S - 2XL. Please pay attention to the size chart and description of the product page.

How can I choose the right size?

We understand that each person's body shape is different. 

You should first measure your latest bust, waist and hip circumference and then use the broadest range of your body part as the critical factor in choosing the size. 
The measurement shown in the size chart is the size of the clothes; 
please select the appropriate size according to your preference.

I had a 2XL dress that is a good fit, should I also buy 2XL this time?

If the 2XL dress you have fits you well, it's a good idea to stick with the same size for your next order. 

However, as the tailoring and design of each item may differ, we recommend using our model fitting and personal loose/fit preference to confirm that 2XL is the correct size for you. 
If you have any doubts, feel free to provide your latest bust, waist, and hip circumference to our customer service, and we'll be happy to give you our professional recommendation.

Clothing Care  

Can all clothes be washed in the washing machine?

All clothing can be machine-washed except for the item marked explicitly on the product page. Hand washing is the best way to clean and care for your clothes. 

If you need to machine wash, opt for the gentle cycle and use laundry bags for more protection to avoid tangling with other garments.

Will the dark colour clothes fade?

Since the dark-coloured dye is heavy, residues will remain on the clothes' surfaces. We recommend washing the dark and light colour clothes separately. 

Also, the denim clothing is suggested to be washed separately with laundry detergent for the first time.

Will the clothes shrink?

It depends on the fabric and how you wash and dry the clothes. Some fabrics, such as cotton and wool, are more prone to shrinking than others. 

To minimize the risk of shrinkage, it's best to follow the care instructions on the garment label and avoid washing clothes in hot water or drying them on high heat.
