Shipping

What are your delivery times?

All orders must undergo processing time, distinct from the shipping time.
Firstly, ascertain if the purchased product is currently in stock or a pre-order item.

Orders with available items in stock will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after placing the order.

Pre-order
The shipping of on-demand pre-order items depends on the estimated date shown on the webpage.

Once your package is on its way from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the tracking information you need.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout after selecting the destination and delivery service.

Please be aware that the recipient will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees based on the value of the order.

Which carries do you ship with?

Hong Kong and Macau

All orders will be shipped via SF Express, and tracking numbers will be provided.
With SF Express, you can have your order delivered to your address or SF Store/EF Locker.

International

For international orders, we offer shipping via HK Post, UPS, or SF Express. Based on the shipping fee and weight, you can choose the most suitable carrier for your order.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the parcel’s weight and will be automatically displayed on the checkout page after selecting the destination and delivery service.

  • Hong Kong and Macau
    Free shipping on full-price orders over HK$500 in Hong Kong and over HK$800 in Macau.

  • Malaysia / Singapore / Taiwan
    Free shipping on full-price orders over HK$1500.

  • International
    We regret to inform you that we do not provide free shipping for international orders.

Local Pick up

Local pick-up at our Hong Kong warehouse is now available.
Once your order is prepared, we will notify you by email. Please provide your order number or email when picking up your parcel.

You can place an order by logging in or registering an account.
Guest checkout is also available, but please make sure you provide a valid email address that can receive order confirmation.

What are the available payment methods?

We aim to make your online shopping experience effortless by offering a variety of payment options.

What is pre-order?

When you preorder a product, it means the item is being produced, and you'll receive it as soon as it's ready. The initial shipping date for these products is always provided on the product page.

Can I update shipping information after placing my order?

We will process your order once it is placed, so we cannot make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is purchased, it cannot be canceled.

Can the order be shipped separately?

To ensure efficient delivery, each order must be shipped in a single package with all parcels sent together.

Exchanges

Can I exchange the item?

We offer a 10-day exchange guarantee for online orders.
Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.

Please note: Hidden Gem items and discounted items are
non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 10-day exchange policy for unworn, unwashed items with sizing issues. Please review the following conditions before requesting an exchange:

  • Exchanges are accepted once per item only.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in another size.
  • Sale items, Hidden Gem items, and discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for underwear, safety shorts, and tube tops.
  • Items returned after the 10-day exchange period will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee.
  • Orders placed using store credit cannot be exchanged.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email (info@fashioncornerplus.com) or WhatsApp(+852 90170309) for assistance.

How to proceed with an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team before sending your item back.
  2. Send your package via SF Express.
  3. Provide us with the tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Yes, you can exchange an item through shipping or at our retail store.

Is international order available for exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for orders placed internationally.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

We understand the challenge of selecting the proper size when making online purchases.

Below the product name on each product page, we have a "Size Chart." We highly recommend reviewing the sizing chart to measure yourself and determine the best-fitting size accurately.

How do I measure my size?

To help find the best fit, you may need to measure your size.

Chest:
Placing the end of the measuring tape on the front of your chest at the widest point. Wrap the measuring tape around your back under your arms, making sure it stays flat and doesn't twist.

Waist:
Measure your waist at the smallest part. Ensure the tape measure lies flat around your body and take the measurement in the front.

Hips:
Wrap the measuring tape around your body, going over the widest part of your buttocks. Keep the tape flat and horizontal against your body, then measure where the tape meets itself in the front.

When taking measurements, use a tape measure over your underwear or form-fitting clothing and compare your body measurements with those on our size chart. Choose the size that closely matches your measurements.

How many sizes do you have?

We offer 5 sizes for our clothes (S-2XL).
Our sizing is tailored for curvy women and may differ slightly from regular sizes. Please make sure to check our "Size Chart" and choose the best fit for the clothes.
